About Cormac McEnery, Esq.

Born in Brooklyn and raised on City Island in the Bronx, Cormac McEnery has always felt a strong connection with the greater New York City area. After graduating from St. Michael’s College with a BA in 1972, Cormac returned to New York to clerk at Casey, Lane & Mittendorf before taking the NYS BAR in 1978. He then returned to City Island to open his own law practice in 1979.

Cormac has always had a great appreciation for the water. During the Spring and Summer months, he enjoys taking his close friends and family sailing out on the Long Island Sound.

Dealing with a loved one’s financial information so soon after their passing can feel overwhelming without adequate legal counsel. Cormac recognizes and embraces resolving these situations for new clients with a free initial consultation to facilitate the creation of a plan to protect any family in their unique situation.
